Kobe does it again.

Right since that is what I ment.

So you're saying that isn't a natural reaction then? Okay then I think we have our answer--it must have been intentional then. You can't have it both ways, one or the other. Either it was in fact an accident and Kobe is the only player in the league who reacts to being stripped by hitting the defender in the face OR he doesn't like getting stripped and decided to hit the defender in the face. Which one were you saying?

Watch someone get the ball stripped from then when they are brining it up or at the top of thier shot. They wave their arms. A lot of players do it to to try and draw the foul.

How many of them knock the defender to the ground with a blow to the face? The natural reaction is down to the sides. Not down and back until I snap the punks head off that stripped me. You see, this is why Kobe keeps getting suspended. He's the only one that does this in this manner.

Yet Kobe is the only one repeatedly elbowing people in the face?

It happens. I am sure Kobe was going right for his face like that when he is in the air and looking the other way. Its obvious a lot of you have chosen the side of intentional not because of the incident but because of how you feel towards Kobe.

It happened twice give me a break. If you watch Kobe play he does that all the time when he gets the ball knocked out of his hands. I think it is a natural reaction for him. He trys to make it looked like he fouled and I think thats why it happened twice.

Exactly, Hammertime you're fighting a losing argument here. I know you love Kobe but unless you can name another player that does this I'm afraid you're out of luck. The league has seen this twice and suspended him twice. He's fortunate that they didn't double his suspension from the first time. He can either quit or keep sitting out every time he gets stripped.

Then why does he keep flailing after he knows he's made contact. If he were trying to draw a foul I think he'd pull up once he realized that he hit the guy in the beak. Particularly since he'd been suspended once. Take those Laker blinders off--fact is the league has seen it to be flagrant TWICE, and they will every time he does it.

I never said it wasn't did I?? Right he should have known that time he did it and pulled a matrix out and stopped his arm right before the face.

So for those of you that think he did this on purpose. Why in the world do you think Kobe would do this knowing he was be suspended and miss a game when his team is really really struggling. I guess he is just that selfish right.

It wouldn't take Neo to pull up after feeling contact. He forcefully follows through even after contact. This was not a glancing blow either time, watch it once he makes contact he continues pushing on through.

That wouldn't be much of a stretch. After all he'd rather win scoring crowns than championships, he's already proved that.:D

Apparantly the league sees it that way too. If not Kobe wouldn't have been suspended AGAIN. Have you never hit someone when you didn't mean to in a ball game and pulled up when you realized what was happening or are your reflexes that bad? This is a world class athlete we're talking about here.

I guess I could go on busting your arguments up all night but this is just boring me now. Suffice it to say that until Kobe learns that it is in fact possible for him to get stripped on the way up he'll keep sitting down when he decides to flail about like a halibut with Tourettes.
