Kobe does it again.

I thought sure this was going to be another time when he attempted 50 shots in one game or another time when he basically pulled the ledge out from under his all star teammate and sent him packing.

If you've watched him play throughout his career you'll notice he always does that hand motion. When he follows through his arm leans to the right. When he gets blocked or fouled it swings to the right as it did on both incidents. A lot of players do a similar thing when they go up for a jumpshot and have it stripped, I even do it shooting a jumpshot when I get stripped going up. Its not intentional.

Then why did he get called for an offensive foul on that? If it were clean or an accident you let up once you feel contact instead of finishing up with an exagerrated follow through. Once might be a mistake, twice is a pattern. His suspension should have been doubled this time.

Your right on one thing it is a pattern.

You can go to espn.com and vote on how many games you think he should have been suspended. The entire nation besides California, think it should have more than 4 games.

I think there is a lot of people that hate Kobe because of the rape charges and because of the Shaq/Phil fallout with Kobe after the '04 season. Some people are making their decision based on their dislike for Kobe and not the actual incidents.

Do you have a link to the video? I haven't seen it yet.

I don't, but they just showed a promo about it on sportscenter, so they should be talking about it within the half hour.

This does look a little worse than the first time around, but theres some body contact by the defender as he takes the elbow.

HHHHHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!

???

Ok, I just watched the video. I think it was a foul, I think it was intentional, but I don't know that it warranted a suspension.
