im not saying they will do horrible... im just saying that they should have never been in 2A last year... 5A will come down on them because its gonna be ten times tougher.... they should have played up last year and gotten experience playing the best teams in 3A... i mean they didnt really gain anything from the teams they played last year.... but none the less i wish them the best of luck next year in 5A but its gonna surprise some people when they aren't the best team in the state again....

Mercer, Belfry and Russell were all pretty even in AA last year. Corbin was right there as well. besides Russell there was not a AA team on Mercers schedule that could match there talent. Would Mercer have won AAA last season. Probably not. Would they have been competitive. Yes.

Personally, I wouldn't trade my truck for it. Although I would bet my truck, along with your jeep, just so that I could take the pink slip, and then sale it.

 

If being content with thinking that Mercer will only win 5 games next year is what floats your boat and keeps you at peace at nite, then by all means think that. Just so you know, my offer still stands from now until December.
