Hope they score 8 and 4 the rest of the year

Now that's what one of their people caleld and told me ... I'm sure when Schue gets back, he can give us the rest and make sure I'm right.

Not taking anything from SL, they are a very good team but shouldn't Hazard put up a better fight than they did?

Umm, it was at Hazard, but I was expecting a double digit win by south.

How many did Hicks and Campbell have?

Hazard is not playing as well as they were at the beginning of the season. I actually figured this game would have been more lopsided.

Well you got it.

13 apiece.

South shot 57.5 percent for the game (23-40) and Hazard shot (14-45) 31.1 percent.

SL hurt Hazard with great defense, holding the Bulldogs to 31%. Hicks was 5-14 and Campbell was 4-15.

The Cardinal big men dominated:

St. John 17/8 8-10FGs

Smith 16/10 6-8FGs

Jordan Hammonds didn't score much, but he had 10 boards and nine assists.

St. John and Smith were very efficient with their shots tonight. I'm really glad to see Matthew St. John playing as well as he is.:thumb:

Congrats to SL. It's hard to play in Memorial Gym and pull out a double digit win.
