Campbell County High School will be hosting a day of basketball Saturday Feb 17th at Campbell County High School in Alexandria. Both Campbell Co girls and boys varsity teams will participate. Any thoughts on these games?

 

 

12:00 Williamstown vs Bracken

1:45 Boone County vs Bryan Station

3:30 Lady Camels vs Bourbon Co.

5:15 Campbell Co Boys vs Newport

Bracken will win, double digits i think. Williamstown is still winless aren't they?

Looks like a couple of potentially good games. Did they downsize this event this year, as it seems it was a multi-day showcase the last couple of years?? Good luck to all the teams!!

Agreed--I think both Campbell teams will win, along with Bryan Station!!

I think Bryan Station will beat Boone badly.

No its always been a one day event. It should be a good day of basketball on a cold wintery day.

Didn't Bracken County fail to show up for this event last year because of the weather and was severely criticized because all of the other teams,including St.Patrick made the drive down the Double AA without problem?

Was thinking the same thing with the impending weather. I thought the folks at Campbell were so mad that Bracken wouldn't even be invited back.

Not always. It used to be at 2 gyms over a few days. I'm not sure if it was the same name, but it was a CC tournament.

Yes it did we are considering changing this event to the Camel Desert Snowstorm! Well, the first game against Bracken Co and Williamstown is cancelled. We should have word in a few hours about the other events.
