Tates Creek and Woodford County travel to Harrodsburg to battle in the first game of the Little Caesars Bowl at Alvis Johnson Field. Kick off is slated for 5pm Saturday August 22nd. The jackets come into the new season looking to avenge last seasons loss in the state semifinals, and get over the hump to get to Kroger Field. Tates Creek comes in off a much improved seasons year going 3-0 in their district, but had a tough first round loss to GRC in the playoffs.

Tates Creek takes their first play from scrimmage 85 yards to the house on a short pass play. Game tied at 7 with 9:19 to go in the first quarter.

Woodford goes right back down the field for a touchdown to retake the 13-7 after a missed pat 6:28 to go in the first quarter.

Wofo forces the punt, and goes down field and scores again to go up 20-7, late in the first quarter.
