The bad news for NKYians is Brossart drew the short straw and has to travel to GRC on Monday night.  It has been a magical year for Coach Stamm and the Lady 'Stangs in his first year, but that will be a very stern test.

The good news for NKYians is Campbell County is on the other half of the bracket, and we could get the Camels and GRC for the 10th Region Championship and the ticket to the Sweet 16.  

Bummer for Brossart-  Drew the best team and has to travel the farthest.

 

The top 4 teams in the region drew one another in the first round! This will lead to 2 blowouts in the semifinals, for sure.

Yes.

But also, this entire tournament is one huge delay of the inevitable, which is GRC again advancing to the State Tournament.  Unfortunately so, in my opinion.
