Montgomery County Basketball - Dustin High has been named Interim Head Coach

Featured Replies

A lot of stuff floating around in the little town concerning basketball. This coach is coming. This coach is not coming. This coach reconsidered and is coming. The coaching staff was fired. The coaching staff was not fired. So I guess we will just have to see what happens. Montgomery County does play tomorrow afternoon in Campbellsville.
“Days of our Lives” or “The Young and Restless”! Stay tuned!!!

Montgomery County posted the job, so they are actively looking for a head coach.  There was some interest with a former Mason County but it will not be him.  I think it will be a local person and it may be just for this year.  The assistant coaches are still in place, but I think it will be up to the new head coach if they stay.

Heard another name today. We will just have to wait and see. All the assistants are still taking care of the team. Next game will be Friday against Frederick Douglass.
