I apologize if this has been addressed already. I'll be at the game but wife is unable to make it but wants to catch the game. Is there a difference or preference between prepspin or NFHS?

A good husband would make sure his wife watched the video feed directly from Prepspin. 

The video for both Prepspin and the NFHS comes from the same video feed.  When you buy/watch it directly from Prepspin you cut out the middle man, the video quality is far superior to the NFHS, and you get the video sooner.  With the NFHS, they receive the video from Prepspin, compress it, and then send it back to you a few minutes later.

I will be watching both feeds, in real time I will have Prepspin on one of my computer monitors and I will have the NFHS feed on my main tv which gives me "replays" that the powers that be wouldn't otherwise show us.

Just purchased her the game on prepspin. I do wish the app on our smart tv had the ability to pull it up. However she has been shown how to mirror the phone screen! She's all set up!

Right on mirroring or using your tv as your computer monitor and plugging your computer directly into your tv.
