Monroe has a couple of big receivers that look good, they've just missed hooking up on a couple of deep passes.

Monroe QB with nice pass and then nice run for a couple of first downs.

This is one of the most undervalued games across the whole state this week IMO.  Both good teams. I don't think whether they practiced last week or not has anything to do with who wins on Friday.

I never understand why coaches gives kids the whole fall break off from practice. Those are the teams that get bounced early in the playoffs.

Is it my computer or has Somerset gone away from their traditional colors of purple and gold? Those uniforms don't look like anything I've ever seen a Somerset team wear in my life.

It's special Breast Cancer jersey, they wear them each year during a home game in October.

Thanks.  That's a good cause for them to support.

Monroe QB with nice scramble for 1st down at 2.

    QB Keeper for Monroe TD!

    Somerset 21

    Monroe 7

    2:52 2nd

Chris Hughes with 30 yard run to the 50.

Chris Hughes breaks it from about 25 yards out for his 4th TD of the night.

Monroe completed a pass to midfield and appeared to try to lateral it and Somerset caught it.

    Somerset attempting a 52 yard FG...no good.
