John Hardin posted a come from behind victory over Marion County in overtime, 30-29. John Hardin was behind for a big part of this game but a key 4th down conversion pass for a TD in overtime sealed the victory. John Hardin RB Cavalli Pittman was out of the game in the second half for a possible injury. I will get an update on his condition this week.

Nelson County lost a close contest with Elizabethtown Friday night, 34-31. The 3-2 Cardinals are having one of their best seasons in recent memory, led by RB Grant Cox and SR QB Kam Morley.

This game should be a close contest with Nelson County coming out on top at home.

My Prediction: Nelson County 34 John Hardin 21

RB Cavalli Pittman was pulled from the game against Marion County due to symptoms of a concussion. He is currently on concussion protocol. He must be medically cleared before returning to the field. MTF

He’ll be out this week then.  Sounds like JH played ok last week without him so it will be interesting to see how they respond this week.

Evenly matched. Edge to the home team.
