Final from Park Hills.  Tough week for the Camels, as we talked about, a show us who you are week.

Going to be a TON of movement in the new poll, including one position that will be quite the surprise.

 Nice game for the Pandas.
Shooters connect early to build a 20 point lead. Never got closer then 10 after that.
Prayers for Sophia Gibson who took a wicked controversial hit from a CC player that caused a concussion in 3rd qtr. Hope she’s all right.  There is a really good view of it on the Pandas YouTube broadcast. Not fun to watch. All 3 officials missed it. Yikes.

Hope Soph is okay!!   Also hope the blow to the head wasn't intentional.  Scary.

Watch it and judge for yourself.  It was a battle all night. Not sure this was warranted.

WOW- not at the game - just watching video- definitely looked like retaliation after being hit on previous play- IMO

I am never a fan of dirty play or players

Well, put it this way, if this was the NFL she would be fined for excessive contact.  If I was the coach she would have sat the rest of the game.  Especially in a game that didn't mean anything. To be fair I haven't seen the contact that resulted in her being on the floor.  Nonetheless, it was intentional and unnecessary.

editing my post.  I just watched the lead up to this.  The NDA player had been knocked down and she retaliated with a throw down.  That led to the hit shown in the clip above.

This is what happens when refs let them play.  Things escalate and if allowed to go on will result in injuries.  No one wants to watch a free throw shooting contest, but I saw 3 fouls that weren't called in a 20 second span. Blow the whistle.

Certainly retaliatory, there is no question, that young lady came up the court with one mission and she delivered the blow.

I'm incredibly disappointed in the training official who was looking right at it and didn't call anything.  That is awful, and I NEVER criticize officials.
