Did they ever name a defensive coordinator?

Probably one of the coaches Wynn has brought with him.

Didn't coach in 2024, but was on staff at CovCath 2019-2023.

Hopefully SK puts Tysin Weaver at qb the kid is a play maker with his arms and legs. He will be a Junior next year. He is listed at 6'1 180.

Mo Smith will be household name next season. Great size and natural ability. The freshman to sophomore physical leap is usually sizable. I expect him to get most of the carries.

I think Pendleton may give them some good reps at QB but if they are thinking about giving Weaver reps at QB I think he would be a game changer every down he is at the position. I think he played QB majority of his life until he started at WR for SK as a freshman because they had a talented QB, last year they also had a very talented QB. I could see Weaver stepping up and playing QB for SK and it being the equivalent of Harney at Cov Cath or better, that's how much I believe in Weaver being able to operate the QB position. He was born a leader kids like him don't come around often. If they are so stacked at receiver they could afford for him to go to QB and create some stuff by himself and I for see Wynn running a much different offensive philosophy then Lucas. Weaver could make them very scary if he were at QB

I said this last year and I still don't see Mo Smith as a RB. He is a phenomenal athlete without a doubt, in the converation for most athletic kid in NKY in the class of 2028 no doubt, maybe even 2027. With them having a stacked WR core of upperclassmen maybe RB is the best place to get him on the field at this point as a sophomore? I could see Mo Smith playing college football as a WR, I don't know why it's so hard for me to picture him as a RB.

Weaver was awesome when he played QB. They have alot of options at QB. They have Ober, Turner and King that all played QB. They also have 2 Sophomores to be that played QB. They are stacked at WR and RB. Mo Smith just needs to add some weight and he will be dynamic at RB. Can't wait for the season to start. It is going to be a really good year. The defense will be night and day better.

Do you think any of their QBs have more passing talent then the QBs from the last two years?

I think King and Weaver are good. But not sure if they would want to take them away from receiver or defense.

Even Mo with another 20-25 pounds on him I still don't see him as a RB. Mo with another 20-25 lbs looks like an AJ Brown type player to me. I believe he will be able to man the position but he just seems like he would be electric at WR to me. I see him as like a Charles Johnson.

I think Weavers football IQ being utilized at QB could lead to them being a more clock conservative team and in return it would help their defense out by keeping them off the field and the other teams defense on it. A lot of shoot outs the past few years where the offense wasn't at all trying to chew the clock up and help the defense out.

If he could be the next Miles Simpson same build he had.

Mo and Mile's don't move the same, different types of elite athleticism. Mile's moved like a RB, Mile's came out the womb as a RB.

By saying move like a running back I mean no one not one day in life ever questioned if Miles looked like a running back. I know many people who think Mo doesn't look natural at running back.
