Are top rated high school programs paying athletes NIL?

Featured Replies

I am perhaps totally out of the loop, but is NIL money being paid at the elite nationally known high school programs?  Teams like Overtime Elite with their high exposure must have multiple marketing opportunities for their players.  Maybe I jumped to an incorrect conclusion and should have asked is NIL even legal at the high school level?

Corbin had a couple of players last year that had NIL deals.

It is being done in states where it is “legal” to do so.

It's legal in KY but can't be associated with school.
