Big win for the Highlanders who were down by 10 (40-30) at the half.

 

Mayo fouled out late in the 4th quarter with a thin one point lead, but the Highlanders rallied to take this one home.

No stats. Artesia is ranked in the top ten nationally in some polls. I'd say that with all the circus going on the past few days, HHS did pretty good.

This is awesome...I would love to see the Highlanders ranked #1 in the country when the season is over...looks like if they beat St. Patrick it will happen, unless some crazy ref gives the whole team and every fan two technicals in the WV state tourney...:banana:

I don't know if this is true, but my brother-in-law (whose from Huntington) told me that that ref was the same one that gave Patrick Patterson two technicals in the Highlander-Capitol game last year. Has anyone else heard this?
