You cannot name a player at QB who has completed 42/83 passes (50%), 517 yards, 6 TD's, 4 INT's.

Yes, he is in the top 20 in the state in rushing so name him ATH, and deservedly so, but not QB with those passing stats.

I don't want to detract from any of these young men who worked hard to earn this recognition. 

 

Other players worthy of recognition:

Simon Kenton QB Brady Lee is #1 in the entire state with over 3,600 yards of offense.

Beechwood QB Clay Hayden is currently the #1 passer in N. Ky. history in career TD passes, #1 in career completion percent, and I believe #1 in career passing yards. Clay will finish his career in the top 5 in state history in completion percent.

I’m shocked no kid from Beechwood on the first team defense.

Agree 100%.  One of these two should have been named without a doubt.

Something to take into account would be:
How many 3rd/4th quarters did Johnson & Cusick get on the field?

Pretty impressive stats coming from Harris & Weaver being on the same team.  Not often you see 2 teammates putting those up.

It does need to be noted that this team always has a number of unexpected selections. The coaches use this team to recognize players from as many different teams as possible and spread the selections out to all the teams they can in N. Ky.
