Thursday night District game between the Devils and Marshalls. Both have 3-3 records. Owensboro hits the road after coming off a 28-6 win over cross town district rival Apollo. Marshall County is coming into this game off a big district shutout of Muhlenberg County 34-0. Will that energy carry over for the Marshalls and make this game competitive? With long travel and Madisonville ahead, do the Devils get caught napping?

I don’t know too much about the Marshalls other than they play a really soft schedule outside of the district.

My Prediction: Devils 42  Marshall’s 14

Who do you see winning and why?

I saw he was asking for tips - I'm not a lawyer but you're probably crossing a line there.  You are streaming a game and "selling" it although you have NO rights.  I appreciate the guys service but might be headed the wrong direction.

Yawner - MC has great athletes in a number of sports and should be better at football.  They are not.  Owensboro all night.

Devils 47-6

Complicated issue I believe but as long as the schools are okay with it, it is okay.

I hope he keeps rolling but may be singing Eminem soon:

“the FCC won’t let me be or let me be me so let me see. They tried to shut me down on MTV but it feels so empty without me”

As long as he’s not charging that should be fine. I also know very little about the law. Just my opinion. He does a lot to bring great quality games to the Fans who can’t be there. Accepting but not requiring tips shouldn’t be an issue.

The FCC or powers that be might shut him down but his job can’t be done by anyone else.  So he better not blow it - ? I’m used to his high quality broadcasts.

And sorry. - didn’t mean to take the conversation sideways!

The FCC doesn't have anything to do with it.  It is simple, either the schools allow it or they don't allow it.

And I agree, his broadcasts are high quality and I love them.

14-6 Owensboro at the half.

Touchdown Marshall County!

Two point conversion good.

14-14

I think there is 913 left in the game but I am not sure.
