Central Hardin reached a new low in their football program on Thursday night as an opponent scored over 50 points on them for the second consecutive week. Central dominated this game from start to finish, leading 35-0 at halftime enroute to a convincing 54-0 win. Central Hardin generated 171 total yards on offense while giving up 420 yards of total offense to the Central Yellowjackets, including 394 rushing yards. Justin Brents led the rushing attack with 190 yards and Cortez Stone tallied 186.

With Barren County, North Hardin and Bryan Station on the schedule to finish out the season, this appears to be the only opportunity for Central Hardin to come away with a win during the 2024 season. A loss to Warren Central, arguably one of the worst football teams in the state over the last several years, would be a catastrophic loss for this young Bruin team.

My Prediction: Central Hardin 28 Warren Central 21

This will be an interesting game.  I could see it going either way honestly.  Would like for Central Hardin to get the win on their home new turf field.
