LexCath got the ball and had to punt.  Boyle has it on the LC 46.

  • Like many of Boyle's rivals, Boyle is on another level and will destroy Catholic this coming week. Continued apologies to Boyle for the dumb decision to cancel the Danville-Boyle game by the Ads.

  • Catholic week is finally here!!! Although it is no longer a district game, it is a huge rivalry game.  Especially since Danville dropped the Rebels.  Love posting this photo.  Gets me fired up!

6-0 Boyle.  Trick play for two stopped by LexCath.  732 in the first.

Quisenberry takes a direct snap and scores from 3 yards out. Two point conversion is no good.

6-0 Rebels

What a bizarre 2 point conversion attempt. Bodner gets the ball on a pitch with the majority of the offense,  camped out on the far left sideline. Really had no chance.

Boyle with ball back and driving. Convert the 4th and 2 with a long run down within Catholic ten yard line. 3:43 left in 1st.

Touchdown Boyle and this time a successful (traditionally called fade route pass to the right corner) 2 point conversion. 14-0 Rebels with 2:43 left in first.

Q catches the Boyle touchdown and throws the successful two point conversion.

Sorry, had that reversed. Boyle goes for it 4th and 5 and stopped in Catholic territory. Catholic with ball back under 7 minutes to go til half.

Now Boyle has the ball back after the Catholic punt down to the 10 yard line. 4:44 til half, 21-0 Rebels lead.

Wow. Quisenberry runs for 84 yards on 3rd and 4 for the Boyle touchdown. 3:03 to half.

3:02 actually and PAT is good to make it 28-0.

Quisenberry hit that hole, bounced out and hit a gear you just don’t see often. Incredible.
