Congratulations to Conner.   They were the better team tonight.  Conner had great field position for the first couple of drives.  NCC got behind early and never recovered. NCC couldn't stop the run, and Conner couldn't throw the ball.  Conner QB had a nice game running the ball.  I believe it was #1 (Name?) also ran strong.  NCC youth and inexperience showed up tonight.   Don't get me wrong NCC get beat.  Defense couldn't make plays and get Conner off the field.  They had Conner in third and long several times but couldn't make the stops.  I think NCC found out some things tonight.  Now it's back to work to get ready for Campbell County.  NCC could use some time to heal.  They came out pretty beat up. 

Congrats to Conner but I did think this game would be much closer.

I thought so too. Didn’t think it was quite a pick ‘em type game, but I thought it would have been better. I don’t think this says anything about NCC not being in contention for 1A, their game against Raceland should give more insight to that.
