Dixie is averaging about 370 yards a game rushing. Can Beechwood keep Dixie's rushing offense under control?

Beechwood should get out of that 3 man front and go with 4 down linemen.  They did it against Pulaski after the first TD drive and they were much more successful the rest of the game. Gregg is a big kid so they need to get bigger up front.  You can even walk Flaherty up from safety into the box if they are getting hurt by the run.

I dug a little deeper. Pulaski County rushed for 205 yards against Beechwood. Campbell County rushed for 165 yards and 70 yards came on one run. Dixie is probably a stronger rushing attack than those two but those stats make me think Beechwood can hold Dixie to their lowest rushing total of the year in this game. I think if the Tigers can hold Dixie to less than 250 yards rushing, Beechwood gets the win. That is 120 yards below Dixie's average and about 50 yards less than what they rushed for against Simon Kenton.

I like when you dig deeper VoR and 250 yards is still a lot.

Very strong statement considering the line play, and coaching, in ‘21 ‘22 back to back runs. And don’t forget an undefeated season in there. I mean no disrespect in what I’m saying but your statement is completely inaccurate IMO.

Does Beechwood stream their games?  My youngest son is of course sick and if he's not better tomorrow, I'd like an option to watch at home.

Thanks!

Probably not, but I think Beechwood’s passing game will run wild tonight against a weak Dixie Secondary. I hope to see Dixie try and press cover our speed!

Touchdown Tigers!

7-0 with 1026 left in the 1st.  Wide open WR for a TD.

14-0 Beechwood, I think it was a Flaherty run for a TD.

Dixie couldn't look any worse.

All they have to do is settle and down and score on this drive but now they just punted again so Beechwood has a chance to go up by 21.

Yep, punted after about 12 seconds it took to run 3 plays.

20-0 Beechwood. 2nd quarter.

Dixie stopped Beechwood at the goal line on downs and the Beechwood announcers think Dixie got help from the officials.

Dixie first and goal.
