This is the last game of quarterfinal Friday at the Girls State Tournament. The Cooper Lady Jaguars (30-4) take on the Henderson County Lady Colonels (26-7). This should be a good game I like the Lady Jags in this myself. The two teams have not played but they do have 2 common opponents that are very good teams. Those two squad's are Russell and Owensboro Catholic. Cooper beat both of these teams they defeated Russell 59-35 and Owensboro Catholic 68-56. Henderson Co. defeated Russell by 1 at 53-52 and they lost to Owensboro Catholic by 10 at 73-63. Tip time is 8:30 tomorrow night.

Cooper got their scare out of the way, I think they win here by 15 or so, and then batten down the hatches for another meeting with the yardstick in KY Girls' Basketball....SHA.

Well this one will tip in an amazing 58 minutes.?‍♂️

Nice job by Cooper to close out the rest of the 2nd quarter on a 9-2 run to lead Henderson Co. 18-15 at the half.

Cooper leads 33-27 end of the 3rd quarter.

Cooper on the verge of putting this one away they led Henderson 41-33 with 2:23 to play.

I see Cooper changing up the line up like they did tonight for the game tomorrow. 
Looking at the minutes played tonight tells you something.
