January 24, 200719 yr Maybe Im just being an optimistic Raider fan, but whos to say he wont turn it around and be the next John Madden. A Young, Offensive minded coach, IMO, is what this program needs. Keep Ryan, the defense is pretty good. Start with drafting one of the top QBs and build a offense from there. Every NFL legend had to start somewhere. Im not saying hes the next legend but he cant do much worse than what Shell did last season. Al Davis is far from Yoda, Yoter
