5:08 to go in half Manual leads 19 to 13.

8 to 0 run for Butler with a nasty dunk from Dayton Williams. Time out Manual Butler leads 21 to 19 3:10 until halftime. Manual is cold from the outside so far in this one.

23 to 23 with a minute remaining in half Butler will hold for one and Manual will lay back and allow it. Butler did not convert and we are tied at the half. Dayton Williams came out at end of half with what looked like a hand injury I hope he is ok.

Williams must have hurt his hand on the dunk.

23 all at the half.

Dayton Williams leads Butler with 11.

Josh Darst leads Manual with 8.

Very low scoring game which favors Butler.

Dayton Williams is back on the floor to start 2nd half. Manual leads 30 to 29 5:30 to go in third. I must give Butler coach Kevin Geary a lot of credit he has slowed this one down to a snails pace and took Manual out of their game.

Butler seems more poised with the slower pace, IMO. Manual taking a lot of threes early in their possessions.

Butler out-hustling Manual to rebounds as well.

2:21 to go in third Manual leads 35 to 33.

Officials time out for blood on the floor.Josh Darst for Manual with bloody nose and will change jerseys.
