I think that is a legit top 10. Powell probably should have been in there at #10. They have beaten Cumberland twice this year at home and on a nuetral court.:p

Are you saying they're better or worse than 9th? Honestly I don't even know why I put them in...Are they even a Mountain team?

 

They're way worse than 9th. Maybe not even top 15 or 20.
