wildcatfan
Final in OT. Freshman Mike Gabbard tipped in the game winner at the buzzer. Freshman Andy Earls had at least 16 points. 2 freshman and a sophomore played the entire 4th quarter and OT. 2nd time in 2 varsity games that a freshman hit the game winning shot for Boone. Good win. Future looks bright for Boone. Seeds them first in their district.
cshs81
Wasn't it just 10 days ago or so that SHDHS was the clear favorite for the 33rd? Boone is impressive.
cch5432
33rd is the most unpredictable district in the region year in and year out. How did Lenhof and Bray matchup?

Both had their moments. Lenhof had 24, Bray had 16. They didn't guard each other.

I agree, from what the Enquirer said it was a fastpaced game. Basketball is boring when teams are scoring in the 40's period. St. Henry has some 3-ballers who like to get after it and run up and down the court. Boone has some nice young talent and McQueary seems to be letting them run and gun knowing there are going to be mistakes that they have to learn from. Big win for Boone. They will make noise in the district tournament.
