I say the SEC is slightly, and I mean ever so slightly ahead of the Pac-10 at this point.

 

I would rank them as follows:

8 teams in the Pac 10 have won 10 or more games.

 

All 12 teams in the SEC have won 10 or more games.

 

SEC is the only conference in NCAA Div I that all teams have won atleast 10 games.

I voted for the SEC, however I believe the Pac10 is right there with them at this point. But all 12 SEC teams have at least 10 wins and it's currently the highest RPI rated conference, so it gets my vote, for now.

Big 12 is very underrated with Kansas, Ok St, Texas & Tx A&M and then 4 other solid teams slightly below the top 4, Missouri, Tx Tech, Oklahoma and

Nebraska...Huggies KSt and Iowa St aren't too bad either...

Wake is awful. Duke isn't very good right now. BC just lost a big time defensive force. #3 at this point...

Well.....the same site that had the Big East ranked as top football conference (and UL #2, and UM ahead of USC, AFTER the bowls) now has Florida at #30 and LSU at #43 in basketball...:banana: :sssh:
