Final from Taylor Mill

Cooper defense was too much for the Scott offense.  Cooper Varsity out midway through second quarter.  Scott stopped Cooper JV to start the third quarter, then drove down the field for a score to end the third.  Jaiden Combs made his first start for Cooper, after transferring from Campbell County.  Keagan Maher with a couple rushing touchdowns.  
 

Cooper have Senior night next Friday in Union again Boone County.

Cooper has all the talent to win 5A now.

Scott plays Dixie next then Highlands and Lloyd.

Cooper showed great restraint last night.  The score is not even how widespread this could have become.  Kudos to the coaching staff on that.  Scott is in for a very long rest of the season starting with this Cooper game.

Scott 1s scored on Coopers 2nd and 3rd string.

Scott didn't put 2nd string offense in until after the score.  Cook, Coleman, Brooks and Lowe were on the field for that drive.  It was a full Cooper JV defense.

I know Brcatz said Scott Jv was 7 to 0.

There are a couple defensive guys that haven't played this year due to injury that could make it back on the field come playoff time. And yeah, they will make an impact for sure. Hope to see it happen. 

Someone said Combs played last week for the Camels? That is impossible according to their schedule there last game was Sept 22nd. They had open week last week.
