Both teams come into this matchup at 1-3 on the season. Hazard self destructed last week and Letcher County Central put a running clock on them and won 54-7.  Hazard has been competitive in every other  game besides this one. Hazards lone win came against Harlan County at home.
 

Breathitt County lost last week to Johnson Central 41-0. It was the 2nd time this season they had a running clock put on them. Belfry put the other one on them at home in the first game of the season. Breathitt County played in a competitive game against Perry Central in week 2, but got it first win the week after in the Honey Bowl against Lewis County.

Who wins this matchup of 1-3 teams? Can Hazard get things straightened out this week? Does Breathitt County come steal one at home against the Dawgs?

If Pelphrey's out, Hazard could really struggle here. The schedule doesn't get any easier. Not a lot of wins to be found this season for the Bulldogs.
