Now, on the legs, like on the calf muscle and below, I can understand....Maybe it helps with cramps...But on the arms, I dunno....Never caught a Charlie Horse in my arm...:lol:

I really don't it has anything to do with a cramp. Who knows its just another product Under Armor is getting money off of.

I thought they were used to keep you cool when you are feeling hot & keep you warm when you are feeling cold...

 

Well if that's the case, why do they just wear it on one arm?

 

(BTW, Im not saying you're wrong, because that's my understanding of what it does too.)
