Before the Vandy game, Lunardi had UK as the top ranked 6 seed. Plus with UK finishing third in a conference that looks to get probably 8 teams in the tournament. UKs resume is going to be an interesting one to compare to others. 

Just checked. Today, both Lunardi and Jerry Palm have UK as a 7 seed. Going to be very tough to get to a 5 seed. Let's hope for a 6 seed. That means you play a 3 seed in game 2, versus playing a 2 seed if you are a 7 seed.

Correct. Right now Lunardi has UK as the first 7th seed. That’s why I say they may have an outside shot at a 5 seed if they make a run, and a couple teams in front of them get upset early. However, yes most likely looking at a 6 seed as long as they don’t get upset and lose what will most likely be Vanderbilt on Friday. 

Georgia will play LSU with Vandy playing the winner on Thursday night and Kentucky will play the winner of that game on Friday night at 9:00pm.
