Full house in Alexandria to witness the Mustangs outplaying the Breds 45-33 at halftime, only to see the Breds knock down 10 of their 15 three-pointers on the night in the second half to overcome the home team 63-62 early in the third quarter and go on to win 80-76.

The Breds managed to survive a career high 38 point performance by Senior Logan Woosley, and 21 more put up by Mason Sepate.

On the Breds side of he ledger, Coby Kramer knocked down seven 3s, to lead his team with 24 points.  Ian Mann hit three long-balls and finished with 18, Luke Runyon contributed another four 3s, finishing with 16 points, and J.J. Luhn hit the remaining 3, totaling 15 of them on the night.  Our Mustangs could manage only three from beyond the arc on the night, while outscoring the Breds 52-24 from inside the arc, yet coming up short, finishing out the regular season at 13-15, while the Breds close the book on their their campaign at 11-18.

In district tournament play Brossart gets Scott on Tuesday night at 7:30pm in the Campbell County Middle School, while the Breds will take on Highlands. Wednesday night at 8pm in the City of Beautiful Homes.
