This seems to be one of the toughest schedules in the history of the program. A lot of big games for the Cards.

Notably (and controversially if you are from Taylor County), the Campbellsville Eagles are left off the schedule.

I assume the week one is a bowl game w/Mercer. Then undercard will be Bullet East Vs Woodford.

why no Campbellsville?

Toughest schedule in school history?

Taylor should have a great year. If they can stay healthy they should be able to make a run.

Rumor has been going around for sometime that Coach Marple is stepping down and Coach Parkey will be the new head coach.  Can Taylor County folks verify this, or is it just a rumor?

I believe this to be true. Almost all the scheduling duties were ran by Parkey per coaches that wanted to schedule TC this season.

Heard last season was alot of fighting between players coaches and parents and coaches. That's alot for a team to endure if this was the case. This change will hopefully eliminate that and they stay healthy it could be interesting in Taylor Co.

For Pete sake, can’t people just get along. You got 3 D1 caliber kids. You think people could suck it up.

I don't think it's the necessarily the players, but the parents who have caused all the issues.  I may be wrong about that, because everything I've been told is hearsay.

I'm guessing the 3 D1 players are Johnson and the Smith players 1 and 21?

That's what It seems to mean. Smith is a special kid. He can do big things if he handles business right.  I wasn't too impressed with the one. Weights Grades, and attitude he will land a good offer.

With Head Coach Sam Marple moving to an administrative role, does he step down and allow someone else to take over, or is he allowed to remain HFC?
