Scott County following in the footsteps of Shelby county. State power decimated following addition of newer school which gets all the talent.

They're building a "new" Scott County aren't they? Do you think the disparity will even out when it opens? GC's enrollment has gotten much larger so fast.

I personally think it will level out in the future.

It could level out but then you will end up with two good programs but most probably not elite. Something like an Oldham County- three programs- 2 usually pretty good each year. But that is far better than the Shelby County situation.

Still better than Boone County with 6 High Schools.  Usually have one decent team each year.

The plan is for the schools to have an even enrollment when they are both open.  Great Crossing has a 1,500 student capacity and Scott County will have the same.  They have a very similar design.
