Table Setter: Who could have predicted Logan County and Hopkinsville would meet again this year? Honestly, probably a lot of people. They have a tendency to find their way back to each other. This will mark the tenth encounter between the two since 2017, including twice last year and the year before. 

The Cougars' current six game win streak began with a three score win over Hoptown in Week 6. That game featured a star turn from Ryan Rayno, who ran for two hundred yards and three touchdowns. He hasn't stopped running since, surpassing a hundred yards in every game this season. Additionally, the defense picked off the Tigers three times.

Rayno outshined Hoptown star Daisjaun Mercer that night, despite the latter scoring three touchdowns of his own. Mercer didn't suit up for the Tigers last week. His availability, or lack thereof, could swing this game from a four quarter battle to a comfortable Logan County win.

Going to be a tough road for the Tigers if Mercer is still out. With Mercer the Tigers can keep it close, without him I’m afraid the Cougars are just too much.
