==============================

Do you think Warren Central is a gimme to repeat this year and take home the 4th Region title?

Which teams do you forecast making it to the 4th Region tournament this season?

Who are some upcoming players around the region that we haven't gotten to see yet?

Which players will be competing to be the Mr. Basketball finalist from Region 4?

Are there any surprises you think we could see coming out of the 4th Region this upcoming season?

WC is loaded! Loaded!

Gimme is a bit too strong - I don’t know that there has been a true gimme to win the region since the year Warren Central won state. Even the year Bowling Green won their title they got pushed in some games, and there were talented teams around. I definitely believe Warren Central is strongly favored and I would be very surprised if any team other than Bowling Green pushed them. I would guess we will see those two meet for the fifth time in six years in the title game - which would be Bowling Green’s tenth straight title game appearance.

The most significant thing to expect from the region this year will be Warren East’s likely return to the region tournament. They haven’t been since they won it in 1997, finding their path repeatedly blocked by Warren Central and Bowling Green, and on two occasions Greenwood. Warren East is in the 15th district now, away from those teams, and we’ve already seen the dividends in other sports, as they’ve been racking up the achievements against the 15th. They’ll probably advance until they hit one of their nemeses, probably in the region semifinals.

I think @DragonFire is spot on as usual.  I don't see anyone beating the Dragons this year for the regional title.  But I do expect BG to make a run at them and when the game is at BG I think they have a good shot at an upset during the regular season.  But neutral court would just be really difficult this year.  I just think it's Warren Central's year.

BG is always dangerous. Losing Buttry is massive but Starks and Ritter will be a tough duo for anyone, including Central, to handle.
