A game of what it's. If Hazard doesn't turn the ball over, they may have put a running clock on Somerset. If Somerset turns redzone drives into Touchdowns, they may have won this game by a score or so.

In the end, Hazard was simply the better team tonight and overcame numerous turnovers to win going away.

Glad to see the defense show strong effort not allowing any touchdowns. Guy Bailey was not going to to be denied on that kickoff at the end for a touchdown. He absolutely drug a defender a couple yards before breaking free.

Out of town this weekend but my dad and my son went to this one. Dad came away speaking very highly of Hazard running back Max Johnson and sophomore lineman Kenyon Higgins. I’m not sure anyone can beat Pikeville but I’m anxious to see Hazard play them.

Bailey is a very nice player for Somerset. Hard to keep him out of the end zone.

Hate that you couldn’t go with them.. glad they got to see some action. Yes I am excited to see them play them as well. Hazard may not beat them. I just want to see if there defensive line gets pushed around. I do think Hazards front 3 are pretty solid. Somerset couldn’t hardly run the ball. Hoping Hazard didn’t lose there big wide receiver for the season. If he done then Hazards chances are hurting.

The officiating crew was awful the whole game.  On the two point conversation play on which Paintsville drew the 2 flags they deliberated for at least 5 minutes before making the call.  Overall the flags were running mostly in Paintsville's favor, but those last 2 were costly.

From Hazard Radio last night, the word was it was an MCL. The Johnson kid was a beast all night long. 

Somerset has some nice size kids on defense.
