So you will see a difference within the districts next season since the KHSAA is set to reclassify this upcoming offseason. 

Is Douglass finally moving up to 6A?  I'm wondering what happens with Great Crossing, FD, and Scott County.

Districts 1-4 are the west and districts 5-8 are the east. In the third round your 1st seed from the east will play your 4th seed from the east, and those seeds are based off of RPI which stops calculating after the regular season.
