Quite a turnaround for Kentucky. If Alabama doesn’t come out as hot as they were early on, you have to like Kentucky’s chances. This game has been a roller coaster of emotion.

Wow. How does an official miss that call? Alabama player with half his foot out of bounds right in front of the ref.

Brooks stepping up.

12 minute timeout. UK has outscored Bama 37-12 since starting that 13-0 run at the end of the first half.

Cal has not subbed for anyone yet in the second half. Will the Cats have enough steam to keep it going?

UK playing slow and deliberate with the lead.

Works for me.

First sub of the second half for UK is Collins for Oscar. Collins immediately delivers with a stickback dunk.

Alabama had more made threes in the first half than they have made field goals so far in the second.

8 minute TO. Cats lead by 12. Oscar probably coming back in after the TO.

Bama gaining some momentum again.

Cats letting Bama creep back in. Let them get some offensive rebounds for second chance points to close the gap.

Grady getting that ball back might have been biggest play of the game. Turns it over, looks like Bama is going to cut it to five, gets it back, and then drains a DEEP three.

Four minute TO. UK hanging on by 12 with about 2:30 to go. Grady having the best game of his career.

This is all about free throws and ball security the rest of the way.

The last 25 minutes the Cats have played some great basketball!!
