After playing Male last night I felt like they would win...best team we have seen.

Male is a great team. Best I have seen yet. It hurt LC that Newton missed the game. Might not have changed the winner, but would have kept the score closer.

Wow, Newton didn't play? That hurts LC a lot, he's their leader...

I thought Male looked good in the tourney. I think their region is up for grabs this year with a number of schools with a shot at the title.

Little more low scoring than I expected, Male deserves it's bluegrass preps rank. How well did they contain Novosel?

Yes.:thumb:I will be keeping up with him the rest of the season...great athlete.

Beaumont is an unbelievably conditioned athlete. He goes all out and never gets tired. He is an absolute blur on the floor with very good basketball skills.

 

Catholic definately missed Newton and after three tough games it looked like Novasel was without much left in the tank after the first quarter adrenalin wore off.

 

I watched Male against GRC and Lex Cath. They are the best I have seen play this season.

Probably the best team I've seen in the past couple years. They only seem to play five guys which may be a weakness but they don't seem to need more as they don't foul much. Their conditioning is amazing. I can't imagine a better starting five in the state after seeing them the last two days.
