Mild upset ? Or was this expected?

It is an upset in most regards. That said, Greenwood has struggled mentally against Bowling Green for years, as most 4th Region teams not named Warren Central (and to a lesser extent Barren County) have. Greenwood would have been much better served if this game had been at home. They haven’t won at Bowling Green in almost 13 years. They NEEDED this win to get over the mental hump, and had almost every conceivable advantage with the exception of home court and best player on the floor (narrowly favoring Buttry). That they lost in that fashion is a dark cloud. 
 

We’ll now turn our attention to the Warren Central/Bowling Green game on the 4th. Bowling Green is likely to jump in my ranks to number one just because they basically have to, but that game on the 4th will determine if Bowling Green jumps to clear front runner. 

BG played well and hit their free throws in the 4th qtr.
