No.

Too high dollar.  Too many games at that high dollar cost.

That’s a good point. In a quick search, it looks like the average NBA ticket is just over 51 bucks. That’s rough for that many home games!

Cinci fans won't support high dollar ticket events.  Just not enough people in that financial strata that would support a full NBA home schedule.  JMO

First things first.  Build an arena that can first host some NCAA games, then maybe work on getting a GLeague team then you can have NBA dreams.  Personally, if the NBA is your thing, Indy is a short drive.
