Great play change by Burrow at the line and a great throw and catch from Burrow to Evans. This was the Bengals first points on an opening drive this year. Bengals lead 7-0.

I wasn't sure Evans was going to be able to catch it, what an athletic play for a RB.

    Apparently Burrow went to the hospital after the game with a throat contusion.   Since he finished the game, I assume he will be good to go vs Detroit.

    We’re good enough to beat anybody and at the same time could lose to anybody, need to stay focused and get our offense going, too many mistakes!!  Looking back I think the drive at the end of the 3rd

Burrow pays this time for his 2nd high throw of the day this time a interception in their own territory.

For a Pro football team Detroit makes a lot of mistakes.

Still 7 to 0 Bengals.

The offense has really struggled since the opening drive the last 3 have been an interception and two punts especially against a team coming in giving up 28 points a game.

The offense has looked horrible today probably the worst so far this year. Thank goodness I guess if you are going to look this bad it is good that it is against the Lions.

The scary part is we are letting the Lions hang around and could end up getting beat.  Hopefully we come out better in the 2nd half.

    I agree we have time to get maybe 3 here plus we get the ball to start the 2nd half.

    Bengals get 38 yard FG from McPherson to make it 10-0 Bengals at the half.

    Bengals are now in control of this one I think especially if they go down here and put some points on the board.

    Bengals drive stalls and settle for a McPherson 40 yard FG to make it 20-0 Bengals with 3:38 left in the 3rd quarter.

    The Burrow to Chase combination imo is becoming one of the best in the league.

    Bengals with a 95 yard drive capped off by a 3 yard pass to Uzomah to make it now 27-0 with 12:38 left to play. I would get Burrow and Mixon both out of there now and not take any chances.
