I don't think a coach going to turn down a top 40 player especially from hometown. Fanbase would roast new coach unless bringing in higher ranked players.

He's got Hometown Hero potential at UofL, no question. 

Honestly I know a lot of people won’t like to hear this but Kaleb needs to go prep or one of the newer alternate routes or even reclassify. And really get into a situation that focuses even more on the basketball side of things. He needs to practice and go up against kids that are going to challenge him every day and every game. I don’t think that’s here in Kentucky anymore, and people have to realize this kid has real NBA potential. Lighting up the EYBL so far this spring!
