Henry Clay 48 Tates Creek 40

Featured Replies

Final from the Defenders of the Station Tournament.

Tates Creek suffers their first loss.

How will they play tonight against a tough Dunbar team?

This shows how tough the 11th is this year. I would have picked Tates Creek by a few in this one. Congrats to Henry Clay on the win.

The same could be said about the 7th Region. Creek only got 40 points in this one. Scott County is two levels higher than anyone else in the 11th.

Scott County is not two notches above Bryan Station.

11th region has to do with the draw. Scott County has to play Madison Central, Lexington Catholic, Bryan Station or whoever in a row is what makes this region so hard. Scott County may be better than all of the other teams but to win 3 in a row is very hard. They found that out last year.

These Lexington schools are like a box of chocolates.....you never know what you're going to get....on a given night.

I thought Tates Creek would have an easy game with Henry Clay.

I still cant believe this score. I still think Tates Creek has the better team just not on this night.
