Typically (unless you’re the Vito Tisdale’s of HS football players), the young Purples have to stand in line behind the upper classmen.  Purples coaching staff may need to let the young guns on offense get some substantial PT. 
 

Going to be a fun, interesting season for the Purples. Their pre-season ranking is right on the money and may be good locker room material for them!

A few things to consider while looking at the Purples roster. Yes, many schools would give their right arm to have their numbers and talent. However, after winning multiple state titles the Purples' schedule has drastically changed. They are no longer playing teams in which they can put 40+ points on per game, while giving their young guys playing time in the second half. 

Also, this is the 6th or 7th year into the the updated non-resident student agreement with Warren County Schools. I couldn't remember the exact dates, but they are about 100 students less than they were in 2015. Plus, it's a new lottery system and not the pick of the litter. 

The Purples only return 2 starters on offense, but in years past, the young guys would have gotten significant second half minutes to gain some experience. That's just not the case anymore. 

On a positive note, the Purples offense gets to compete against one of the best defenses in the state on a daily basis. I predict things to be a little rocky in the beginning, but should pick up as the season goes along.

I don't think that agreement is in place any longer going forward per the new law passed.
