I also agree that the NCAA has created a mess.  How can it allow college athletes to take advantage of the decision and limiting/punishing high school kids to do the same. I can be certain that if the NCAA ruled not to put in place this "covid redo rule", not a single state would consider also doing it.

Especially when a majority of college athletes still had a season.

Was Kentucky the only state to embrace the school redo rule?  I'd have to think if there was a large collection of states that it would've been harder for the NCAA to be like "We're sticking to our existing policies."

Not exactly sure if KY is the only state.  I remember hearing Texas, Florida, and New Jersey were considering it in late March.
