This was the one that I predicted Boone upsetting Conner, so dang...I was so close to being deemed a genius. 

The Cougars move on to play in the 33rd District Finals Friday at 7:00 against the winner of the Cooper/Ryle game being played tonight at 8:00. 

 

Boone missed a shot at the buzzer to tie.

Ohhh boy ...

Tough one for Boone.  Heart goes out to Parker Fields who played great through some difficult years at Boone.  Thought ball should have been in his hands for last 2 possessions...might have made a difference.  

Boone County was probably the most improved team in the ninth region from first tip off til now, also I believe Boone lost more games to covid than most teams, great bunch of seniors, congrats to Coach Browning and his staff for making things exciting down the stretch and playing toe to toe with a good Conner team.
