The job at Madison Southern was posted to the KHSAA site yesterday. Coach Turley came to the Lady Eagles last year from a position at IMG Academy in Florida. Mad South was 16-15 this past season.

Where is Coach Turley going? I think he is a very good coach. High energy guy with a great resume. I’m surprised with this opening. Any info on Coach Turley?

I’m sure Madison Southern administration is disappointed to lose a quality coach like Turley after just one year. Next year could be their 3rd coach in 3 years. And my understanding is they have some talent within the ranks.

Madison Southern is trying to shake up the 11th region universe with their upcoming hire. I'll be interested to see if they can pull it off and take the next steps needed with some of the upcoming talent in Madison County. I wish Coach Turley and his family well. Good guy and he did a great job.
