Before social media, you could write a letter to teams in the NFL & they would send you pictures, schedules, stickers, etc.

 

It was pretty cool to be a kid and get something in the mail from the Vikings, Packers, etc.

I wrote a letter to the LA Rams back then. They sent me a poster, bumper stickers, stickers, a patch and a "signed" letter from Ray Malavasi. I think they were shocked a kid all the way from Kentucky was a fan. :lol2:

Looks like the Vikings sent you a media guide, that's a pretty comprehensive booklet (usually). That's pretty cool. Flip side, I loved the Green Bay response.
